I started this in March 2021, with artists from different backgrounds and cultures. Some are well known artists, others unknown or amateurs, reflecting the diversity in digital production in this rising NFT ecosystem, especially on the platform Hicetnunc, which had no curation rules and was used in a very experimental and collaborative way, allowing artists to experiment with code, interactivity and specific formats as SVG while other platforms only allowed videos and JPGs.
Still Life with Moss and Lichen
I generated this neurography from a text prompt with a process called CLIP guided diffusion. It is part of the group exhibition "Now You See Me Now You Don't", at the Orangerie, Munich, Nov 10-15th 2021 - https://dog-and-pony.com/nature/ which shows artworks that portray highly endangered species of animals and plants. I chose moss and lichen as my topic since whilst it might appear that those are still around in abundance, about 30% of moss and lichen species are on the brink of extinction due to air pollution and land use. --- I will donate 100% of the primary sales profits of this edition to the Finnish Natural Heritage Foundation, which is an NGO that promotes the protection of old growth forests by buying the land these forest stand on and preventing them from logging. I believe that this is a great cause to donate to since not only will it protect endangered animals and plants but it is also a way to reduce CO2 emissions. RAM v2-dv1, 2021
This small sculpture of Ram is broken, as are all images of Ram historically. It is made of Japanese porcelain repaired in the kintsugi manner, gold at it’s seams. In this case Ram is lined with red silk which can be seen through the gaps. Traditionally, Ram is found with one eye intact, here both eyes are mysteriously missing.
Completed 10/12/2021 in my digital painting app, development ongoing.
Screenspace Threads Study #001
Digital animated painting. Gif. 500 frames. Made with processing and glsl. By @galoandstuff.
The Kiss (monochrome_02)
This .gif is part of a series of studies in digital file format databending, dithering, pushing glitching to the extreme. This is the video on which this work is based https://vimeo.com/149025628 Below description of the whole video process listing the glitched file formats + softwarez (mis)used. Not file were harmed during the making of this video but all of them were data bended and they are: .avi - .jpg - .jpeg2000 - .bmp - .jpf - .iff - .png - .pdf - .psd - .gif - .tga - .sgi - .xbm - .eps - .pbm - .pcx - .pgm - .pnm - .fit - .dcm - .im1 - .ora - .ppm - .jpe - .rgb | Tools: - Audacity - GoldWave 2 - Vegas Pro 13.0 (64-bit) - GifCam - PhotoScape - XVI32 - Photoshop CS6 - Gimp 2 - MS Paint Photoshop CS6, Gimp 2 and MS Paint were only used to open and save the file formats, not editing was done using these softwares. This monochrome version is the second one of the dithering experiment.
Planned Obsolescence (Patch #2)
Artist: Mario Klingemann / @Quasimondo | This is patch #2 for my original work "Planned Obsolescence" (https://www.hicetnunc.xyz/objkt/8333) and fixes the problem that the original API call stopped working. This new version is using the hicdex.com indexer API which is not only more reliable than the previous endpoint, it is also much faster. IMPORTANT: This patch is part of the artwork and should not be bought separated from the original token #8333 - without being the owner of the original this OBJKT is worthless - it is only for display purposes. It was provided for free to all current legitimate holders of the original OBJKT. If you bought this work on the secondary market request the person who sold it to you to also send you the original token without any additional costs. If you want to collect this work please buy the original token #8333 and you will receive this patch and any future patches for free.
Homage to Hiroshi Kawano
Interactive homage to the Markov chain-based work of Hiroshi Kawano (1925-2012). Drop an image on the canvas to pixelate it into a grid with a color palette taken from Kawano. A probabilistic Markov Random Field model is then created of the image from the von Neumann neighborhoods (with a Manhattan distance of 1) of all the cells in the 40 x 40 cell grid. Kawano originally worked with Markov chain models of sequences of cells instead of their two-dimensional analogs, MRF, that are used here. Cells in the grid are then replaced iteratively in accordance with the probabilities in the MRF model, in a process I call Markovian drift. That is, cells are allowed to be determined by their closest neighbors to the left, top, right and bottom. Press [V] to replace cells from left to right, [H] to replace cells from top to bottom, or [R] to replace cells in random order. Press [Space] or left click to pause. Press [Return] to reset to initial grid. Open edition for 30 days.

Super Awesome Jampack
One of the first pieces of creative coding I remember seeing was "Jampack01" by Yugo Nakamura in 2004. Described as "motion logic with rigit body dynamics" on one of the few references I can still find online (https://thefwa.com/cases/yugop). This is my attempt to recreate it as best as I remember it to be. Build with a custom Box2D physics engine, and a custom audio generator.

The Lost HicEtNuncs
The first 152 HitEtNunc NFTs were minted on a different contract, while the site was still being developed, and are thus not accessible via the current UI, and may never be. However they persist on the blockchain. This SVG NFT makes them accessible directly from IPFS. Têtes chercheuses 002
Têtes chercheuses by @nicobiev, is a serie of images taken at airshows, from which aircrafts have been removed. What interests me here is the transformative power evoked by these aerial traces once planes are removed. They evoke a series of rockets equipped with homing heads, in search of a target of which we do not know the type and an action of which we do not know the nature. –Original image by Tony Hisgett under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Generic license.

Hit Et Nunc - Full Circle Gltich
Made to celebrate 10 years of art on the blockchain and 10,000 artworks - the beginning of a new exciting period with Hit Et Nunc as our saviour! The emergence of Hit En Nunc has come at the perfect time. Just as Cryptoart was about to descend into fame, fortune and meaningless art - along comes hit En Nunc, bringing us full circle - back to the grass roots ethics of the early days of punk, glitch art and cryptoart. 10k divided by 10 = 1000 - enough for us all x

Artist: Marcel Schwittlick (@schwittlick_) 2D21D (2014, processing edition) The project 2D21D (2 dimensions to 1 dimension) is a homage to Rene Magritte (Ceci n'est pas une pipe.) and a critique on the notion of the picture. Pictures, especially photographs, are a representation of subjects, not the subjects themselves. There is really a whole dimension of information and context, something that can not be reconstructed, missing from the subject, when looking at a representation of it. This work takes this loss one step further, and removes one more dimension from the photograph, bringing this to a level of perversion.
